WQ Submersible Sewage Pump is composed of three main parts: a water pump, a sealing mechanism, and an electric motor. The electric motor, which can be single-phase or three-phase asynchronous, is located at the top of the pump. The water pump, situated at the bottom, features a flow channel impeller and a volute structure. A mechanical seal is employed between the water pump and the electric motor, and "O"-shaped oil-resistant rubber sealing rings are used for static sealing at each fixed sealing interface. Its structural design is unique, compact, aesthetically pleasing, and advanced.
1、The unique single-blade or double-blade impeller structure significantly enhances the pump's ability to pass contaminants, effectively allowing fibrous materials up to 5 times the pump's diameter and solid particles with a diameter of approximately 50% of the pump's inlet to pass through.
2、The overall structure is compact, with a small size and low noise. It offers significant energy-saving effects and is easy to maintain. There is no need to build a pump room, and it can operate by being submerged in water, greatly reducing project costs.
3、It can be used within the full head range without causing the motor to overload.
