Product Overview:

The WQ(D)-S series fully stainless steel precision-cast submersible sewage and effluent electric pump adopts a unique single and double-channel impeller structure, significantly enhancing its ability to pass contaminants.

Product Features:

1、The oil chamber employs a fluororubber double-end mechanical seal, while the outer chamber uses a single-end fluororubber mechanical seal structure, effectively reducing water ingress issues caused by wear on the rotating shaft due to friction between sediment and the shaft.
2、The motor is vacuum impregnated to achieve F-class insulation and equipped with a thermal protection device, effectively prolonging the service life of the pump.
3、It features a precision-cast pump casing, which is lightweight, corrosion-resistant, energy-efficient, aesthetically pleasing, hygienic, and environmentally friendly.
4、The electric pump is equipped with an overheat protector (<2.2kW) and a current protector (2.2~4KW) to prevent motor overload and heating.
5、Customizable corrosion-resistant cables, Teflon mechanical seals, and high-temperature resistant motors (for use in environments with liquid temperatures ≤100℃) are available upon special customer request.
